Offer related cleaning videos as reference to assist clients in maintenance and care.
Provide assessment and repair services for loosening, patching, cracking, or other damages after use.
Offer regular inspection and cleaning services for a fee to ensure the long-term condition of the costume.
All mascot costumes produced by My Muppet come with a reliable warranty service, allowing clients to use them with peace of mind:
Calculated from the date of delivery, a 6-month basic warranty is provided. If damages occur due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. My Muppet will assist with free repair, while shipping fees will be assessed based on the damage.
Non-human damage warranty coverage includes: structural damage to the costume, seam splits, air leakage, battery or fan malfunction, etc.
